Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the pre-sales and after-sales technical support of wireless communication module products and microwave radar products (mainly microwave radar modules, WIFI and Bluetooth modules), respond to customer technical needs in a timely manner, and coordinate the R & D team to solve customer technical problems;
2. Be responsible for tracking and promoting the whole process of customer selection, demand communication, research and development testing, acceptance delivery to mass production;
3. Complete the preparation of product application technical documents, customer demand analysis and competition comparison.
Job requirements:
1, Have a sense of responsibility, initiative, have good communication skills and ability to resist pressure;
2. Electronics, automation, communications, computer and other related majors, familiar with embedded hardware or software is preferred;
3, Have good analysis and problem-solving ability, team spirit, strong learning ability;
4, Familiar with the network communication market and mainstream network communication technology (TCP/IP,Wi-Fi,GPRS,3/4G,BLE, etc.) is preferred;
5, Familiar with the basic principle of circuit, can use oscilloscope, multimeter.
